According to the article 4 of the Law 25/2013 of the 27^th December, of stimulus of the electronic bill and creation of the counting register of bills in the Public Sector, all dealers who have provided for goods or a service to the Public Administration may issue or remit the electronic bill.

Since the 15^th January 2015, it is compulsory the use of the electronic bill for the submission of bills which have as payees the different public administrations.

The submission of electronic bills by the dealers of the City Council of Setenil de las Bodegas must be done through the set up section in the General Point of Entrance of Electronic Bills (FACe) of the Treasury Ministry and Public Administrations:

Who must submit the electronic bill?

• Associations of national and European economic interest.
• Permanent establishments and branch offices of entities not resident in the Spanish territory.
• Anonymous companies and those of limited responsibility
• Legal persons and entities without foreign legal entity.
• Temporal Unions of Enterprises.
• Capital funds. Risk and funds of pensions among others.

Who is excluded?

• The professionals or individual entrepreneurs won’t be affected for this duty and may go on emitting all their paper bills. However, if their wish, may emit their bills in electronic format. 

Generation and submission of the bills

The generation and submission process by the dealers of the City Council of Seteneil de las Bodegas is:

1.- The dealer must generate the electronic bill in the format of Facturae 3.2 as required by the Law of Electronic Bill. In order to generate this you can use:

• The free tool offered by the Administration of the State.
• Any other system that fulfils the established requirements.

2.- He/she must indicate the codes DIR3 of accounting office, manager body and unit of responsible processing in the bill file. The relation of the codes of the administrative units set up in the City Council of Setenil de las Bodegas are:
